[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t 3/3 v3] tests/kms_sysfs_edid_timing: Convert sh to C version.

v2:
- don't read cached values (Chris Wilson)
- warn on per connector, and fail per mean (Chris Wilson)

These are synthetic: 5us per connector, and 600us for all (as
threshold).
