Looks a bit funny to wait for a boolean. Maybe 'allow ? VLV_GTLC_ALLOWWAKEACK : 0'
to make this a little less confusing?

Maybe move the comment into vlv_wait_for_pw_status() as well since that's
where the timeout is specified now?
