I've got

rst2man (Docutils 0.13.1 [release], Python 2.7.13, on linux2)

which baffles me a bit.

Just add :: at the end of the preceding paragraph:

It is possible to create your own dim helper and aliases by adding them
to \$HOME/.dimrc::

    and add the example in an indented block
