[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t] tests/kms_setmode: Dynamic crtc/connector combinations

Create crtc/connector combinations based on actual adapter
information obtained from drmModeRes.
Also set MAX_CRTCs to 6 for AMD GPUs.
