Here's a few additional notes following our discussion.

First, please do this in two patches. Patch 1/2 to split
glk_dsi_device_ready into two parts, with no functional changes, and
calling the first part from intel_dsi_pre_enable. Patch 2/2 to make the
functional changes here.
