glk_calc_cdclk() has

else if (max_pixclk > DIV_ROUND_UP(2 * 79200 * 99, 100))
return 158400;
else
return 79200;
We'll end up selecting 158.4 MHz as cdclk. But BSpec explicitly says
"158.4 MHz CD (cannot be used when audio is enabled and Azalia BCLK is
96 MHz. Am I missing something here?
