[Intel-gfx] Overscan problem : Intel HD Graphics 610 + Wayland + Fedora 25

Hello,

I would like to thank you for the good driver you provide.

There is only one thing missing for my complete joy...I would like to know
how to adjust overcan parameter (dunno if it's the right word : the output
display is a little bit larger than the physical screen by maybe an inch
(bottom) )

I can't adjust it on my cheap LED TV (RCA). There's nothing like it in the
settings menu.

I know it can be done at the software level...Just dunno now that I'm using
Wayland and intel drivers if it's Wayland's job / intel-gfx job or gnome3's
job?

** I used to overcome this in X.org + nvdia on my other box by using the
ViewPortOut parameter of nvidia-settings, I've heard some people were using
xrandr back then...

But now, we're talking Intel + Fedora25 + Wayland.

I've heard of panel fitting for the Intel graphic driver but I guess it's
available on Windows only.

Other question : Is there some kind of a control panel for Intel Graphics
610 (Kabylake) in Linux/Wayland ?

Could the problem I encounter be related to this cheap TV not being P'n'P
(EDID not being read properly)

I just wanna make the display fits the screen correctly.

Thanks for any help

G.
