[Intel-gfx] [GIT PULL] GVT-g fixes for 4.12-rc

Hi,

Here's current gvt fixes for 4.12-rc kernel. Include vGPU scheduler
regression fix from Ping, vGPU hang fix to bypass in-context mmio
restore from Chuanxiao, and one typo fix.
