Hi,
Here's the kernel counterpart to the Mesa series exposing Y-tiled CCS at:

All the patches are Ville's, I've just rebased and squashed. They depend
on Ben's last modifier-advertisement series, plus the fixup I sent
in reply to that.

They may want to be squashed/split differently, and Yf-tiled CCS is
totally untested.

I've been using Weston as a test vehicle, built from the atomic series
which is currently blocked on review for earlier parts, and cleanups for the
latter parts:

I'm currently dying of the flu & away next week as well, so anyone who
wants this done sooner should just take this over and not block on me.
