[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t 0/2] Add support for NV12

This series adds NV12 support to IGT
and a test case for checking NV12 functionality.

The series is based on the initial version posted by Chandra Konduru
during 2015 based on the IGT framework available then.
