[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t v2 5/6] tests/gem_concurrent_all: drop stolen memory related subtests

[Daniele Ceraolo Spurio]

The feature was never merged and there has been no progress in the
last year. The tests are currently excluded from compilation with and
ifdef.

v2: keep create_cpu_require around (Chris)
