Cleanup the testcases by moving the platform checks to a single function.
The earlier version of the path is posted here [1]
v2: Make use of the property enums to get the supported rotations
v3: Move hardcodings to a single function(Ville)
v4: Include the cherryview exception for reflect subtest(Maarten)
