[Intel-gfx] [PATCH v3 2/2] drm/i915/gmbus: Enable burst read

Support for Burst read in HW is added for HDCP2.2 compliance
requirement.
This patch enables the burst read for all the gmbus read of more than
511Bytes, on capable platforms.
