[Intel-gfx] [PULL] gvt-fixes for 4.18

Hi,

Here's two gvt fixes for 4.18. One is for guest warning to change
virtual transcoder mode for DVI to align with our virtual display,
and one to fix possible partial GGTT entry update from guest.
