enc_to_dig_port() returns NULL for encoders of type
INTEL_OUTPUT_DP_MST causing the crash bellow:

MST ports are allocated from struct intel_dp_mst_encoder not from
struct intel_digital_port as regular ports, so to get the TC type it
is necessary check the primary digital port of the mst encoder.
