[Intel-gfx] [PATCH v7 39/39] FOR_TEST: misc/Kconfig: Enabling mei_hdcp by default

FOR TESTING PURPOSE ONLY.

Enabled the mei support for HDCP2.2. This patch is created to test
the interface between I915 and MEI_HDCP.
