[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 1/2] drm/syncobj: Convert syncobj_idr to XArray

Prior to making the syncobj lookup lockless, update the idr to the new
XArray API.
Based on a patch by Matthew Wilcox <willy at infradead.org>
