Just pointed out a "bug" in the userspace code where it memset the
drm_i915_gem_execbuffer_ext_timeline_fences struct to 0 and never set the
ext name.  It worked because TIMELINE_FENCES magically happens to be 0.  We
should make 0 reserved in the extension API and -EINVAL if we ever see it.
