Not an expert on fault handling, but shouldn't this now be one if?
E.g. if FAULT_FLAG_RETRY_NOWAIT is set we should return VM_FAULT_NOPAGE
instead of VM_FAULT_RETRY.
But really take that with a grain of salt,
