Patches 1-2 were accidentally included here, they were posted and pushed
as part of [1]. Patch 4 was redundant. Patch 13 needs an update after oa
files were moved in 5ed7a0cf3394 ("drm/i915: Move OA files to separate
folder").

Pushed everything else, thanks for the review.
