[Intel-gfx] [PATCH i-g-t] kms_busy: Use igt_waitchildren_timeout()

Replace the convoluted raising of SIGALRM from the child with an
interruptible sleep in the parent with the equivalent and far more
natural igt_waitchildren_timeout().
