[Intel-gfx] Kernel >=5.3.11 hangs intel GPU and 5.4.0 freezes completely

I just filed a bug on the kernel bugzilla about the fact that commit
77fc9100fc5768ca01ca2dd2cc5a515a4723a58a, which you authored, hangs the
intel gpu.
I just discovered that this doesn't happen anymore under 5.4.0, instead
this kernel just freeze completely the notebook.
