[Intel-gfx] [CI] drm/i915: Extract GT ring management

Chris Wilson chris at chris-wilson.co.uk
Sun Oct 20 18:41:39 UTC 2019

From: Andi Shyti <andi.shyti at intel.com>

power management functions, continue the theme of extracting it out of
the huge intel_pm.c for maintenance.
