Add support in igt_kms for writeback connectors, with the ability
to attach framebuffers.
v8: Remove unnecessary fence cleanup on prepare commit.
v5: Rebase and add DRM_CLIENT_CAP_WRITEBACK_CONNECTORS before
drmModeGetResources()
