crtc_state->enable_fbc=true is backed by intel_fbc_can_enable() and
later we have:
intel_update_crtc()
	...
	if (new_crtc_state->update_pipe && !new_crtc_state->enable_fbc)
		intel_fbc_disable(crtc);

My felling it that would be more consistent keep using it but let me
know what you think is best.
