I don't mind terribly either way, but since you're already using the
BIT/GENMASK() macros have you considered GET_BITFIELD()?

Anyway-this all looks mostly perfect! The only thing is you forgot to add an
encode/decode selftest for this into drivers/gpu/drm/selftests/test-
drm_dp_mst_helper.c (we'll eventually use this once we actually have some
selftests to test various hub behavior)
