This is what we discussed before --- anywhere the driver might use
IS_ELKHARTLAKE() or IS_JASPERLAKE() by themselves would be a bug. The
one and only place the two should be distinguished is in the vswing code
(since we're actually trying to match the board characteristics rather
than the GPU), so is we never create these macros in the first place it
will help prevent anyone from accidentally using them. The vswing code
can just do an explicit IS_PLATFORM check with a comment explaining why
we treat the boards differently.
