[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 04/18] drm/i915/adl_s: Add Interrupt Support

ADLS follows ICP/TGP like interrupts. Reuse hpd_icp and introduce
ADLS DDI and HPD masks for setting up hpd interrupts.
