[Intel-gfx] [PATCH] [RFC] drm/kms: Add separate hotplug event call for drm connector

Add separate hotplug event call for drm connector.
Currently from uevent, user space doesn't know
which connector got disconnected when multiple
connectors are connected to DRM.
