[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 29/46] drm/i915/guc: Extend GuC flow control selftest for multi-lrc

Prove multi-lrc and single-lrc are independent.
Prove multi-lrc guc_ids flow control works.
Prove multi-lrc hanging the tastlet can recover from a GPU reset.
