Thanks for checking it.

And I'll call the intel_psr2_program_trans_man_trk_ctl() after calling
intel_psr_update().

And because the psr structure has moved into intel_dp, we need to pass
intel_dp to intel_psr2_program_trans_man_trk_ctl() as an input
parameter.
And I did not want to add an additional loop traversal for searching
intel_dp.
so I decided to use the existing code for searching intel_dp.
intel_encoder's update_pipe callback traverses intel_encoders.
And intel_encoder's update_pipe callback would be called just before
commit_pipe_config().
that is why I added the code here.
