[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 04/13] drm: make drm_buddy_alloc a commonplace

Arunpravin Arunpravin.PaneerSelvam at amd.com
Tue Oct 19 22:54:00 UTC 2021

- Make drm_buddy_alloc a single function to handle
range allocation and non-range allocation demands.

- Implemented a new function alloc_range() which allocates
the requested order (in bytes) comply with range limitations

- Moved memory alignment logic from i915 driver
