It looks like this patch is only dealing with workarounds from past
platforms that carry forward to [some] MTL steppings.  I assume the new
MTL-only workarounds will roll in in the future?

As far as historic workarounds that need to be extended to MTL, it looks
like you're missing Wa_16015201720 (i.e., an update to
pipedmc_clock_gating_wa).  Also, since you still have comments listing
platforms, Wa_22014263786 also applies to MTL (the code is already
correct, but the comment is now stale since it doesn't list MTL).
