How about make this one take struct device and then intel_vtd.h does not
have to include i915_drv.h back in? Consider also..

.. that I think all the rest feel a bit out of place in intel_vtd.[hc]
to me. They all take i915 as argument and answer the question on whether
i915 needs something, depending on the state of the iommu. Especially
when you add the intel_vtd_ prefix to them in the next patch it gets
extra weird for me.

In my mind, in the ideal world, they would live somewhere else and
include intel_vtd.h so they can legimately answer the question at hand.
First somewhere in display, 2nd and 3rd probably in intel_gtt.h, last in
i915_driver. How does that sound to you?

Regards,

Tvrtko
