That function name is way to generic. Somebody could mix it up with
something completely different and _get_ in a name usually means that
you are grabbing a reference (which is not the case here).
I suggest to call it something like amdgpu_vram_mgr_first_blcok() and
move it from the headers into amdgpu_vram_mgr.c because code outside of
that file shouldn't mess with this.
Apart from that the looks really good now.
