[Intel-gfx] [PATCH v2 03/20] drm/edid: rename HDMI Forum VSDB to SCDS

The HDMI spec talks about SCDS, Sink Capability Data Structure, exposed
via HF-VSDB or HF-SCDB. Rename VSDB to SCDS.
