[Intel-gfx] [PATCH 11/12] drm/i915: Drop has_psr_hw_tracking from device info

No need to have this parameter in intel_device_info struct
as this feature was only supported by display 9, display 11, tigerlake
and DG1, no newer platform will have this feature.
