Isn't it easier if you wrote
if (GRAPHICS_VER_FULL(i915) < IP_VER(12, 60) ||
GRAPHICS_VER_FULL(i915) >= IP_VER(12, 70))
return;
?
You save a parenthesis and a negation '!'.
