I think the correct way to do it would be remove igt_debugfs_gt_open from
Patch 1 and call the sequence in igt_debugfs_gt_open directly from
i915_is_slpc_enabled_gt, something like:

	debugfs_fd = openat(dir, "uc/guc_slpc_info", O_RDONLY);

		return false;
