Seems that the modelists didn't match before/after reload. There are
also some link training failures in the log, so this might be caused by
a bad cable or something. Nevertheless, this APL failure would not be
caused by MTL-specific PHY programming changes.
Triggering a re-test since the false positive errors here prevented
shards testing from running.
