Yes, this is a bit confusing as what we really are doing here is to reuse c10 read/writes for C20.

We do reset for both lanes so we could clear calibration banks for both lanes as well.

This is a bit unclear. The BSpec says "Both message bus lanes need to be programmed in some configurations". So, what really is meant for these "some configurations" is a bit unclear to me.
