Please check if compiler can now fold M || P into one. If it can I will 
be less unhappy, but would still head scratch a lot why not just fold 
into a single IS_METEORLAKE in the source.

So idea was to not need these spelled out helpers since but 
IS_METEORLAKE() && IS_GRAPHICS_STEP() etc.

Please check in this patch and elsewhere in the series that all such 
unused macros are removed.
