I agree. I think "promoting" it like you mention is great and avoids the
super long macro. IS_ADLS_RPLS() was already ambiguous if you don't know
rpl is treated as a subplatform (is it ADLS || RPLS?). That's kind of
different than the DG2 case since there isn't a G10/G11/G12 platform by
itself.
