As xengt is not upstream yet, not sure if it would utilize same
vfio/mdev interface, as poc you can write it as kvmgt code but in
xengt only, so won't impact current upstream code. Then if finally
xengt agreed to go with vfio/mdev interface, we can do some code
refactor later, as you have gvt->types for everything anyway.
