Yes, sounds better to keep runtime_pm_get inside intel_gvt_switch_mmio.
So my new idea is to use mutext instead of spin_lock to protect
switch_mmio in intel_vgpu_stop_schedule. Please tell me if any more
comments. Thanks for the review.
