Hmm, I think it would be useful to have the KMS code in a different
process.  So you can start/stop the UI independant from the guest, to
switch from one vm to another.  Or have the UI connect to multiple qemu
instances and allow switching between them on hotkey.

I think I would try to create a spice client for KMS to handle that.
