Hello there,
In light of the developments regarding COVID-19, We’d like to first say that our thoughts are with those affected by the virus in Africa and around the globe. At CHIL Institute, the well-being and safety of our teams, clients and communities are our top priority. As we keep monitoring the evolving impact, we have implemented measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff, while also maintaining the highest level of service to our clients.
To that end, and as more jurisdictions across the continent are closing schools, limiting large gatherings and taking other measures to create social distance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, we have asked our staff to work remotely in the near term. We have robust technology and a culture of flexibility that enables our staff to efficiently and effectively perform their work remotely. We will continue to tailor our approach to meet your specific needs, and we will adjust and communicate with you as circumstances change.
We are keeping up with the guidance of the World Health Organization, related to travel, quarantine, meetings and events, and we will continue to adjust our guidance accordingly.
In the meantime, we want to assure you that we will continue to provide uninterrupted service to you and yours. As we navigate through these challenging times, we are reminded of how fortunate we are to be part of this strong community that supports each other to accomplish great things. It is the power of this community that will propel us through this to better times.
On behalf of all of our staff at CHIL Institute, I wish you, your teams and your loved ones health and safety.
We have also moved all our physical training to June and hopefully by then we might have beat this virus.
Best,
Ms. Nonhlanhla
