We'd have to mark the IOCTL RW which the results in the entire contents
of the IOCTL being copied back to the user on every IOCTL. A userptr
allows the KMD to only copy this field back when required.

Yes we need a comment. Let's get everyone opinion but I do like the OO
design of drm_xe_syncs.

Also btw we might just drop sync mode too [1]. Any opinion on that?
