Hi Matt/Joonas,

Looking for more insight on our discussion regarding min/max behaviour for elevated/non-elevated user. As discussed with Matt last :

1. Elevated user can set anything. Even can go beyond compile time min max limits
2. Non-elevated user can set values in limit of configured sysfs min/max

Are we inline or we need some discussion here, I can make changes accordingly. Please let me know.
