I think we need something like below, you can format that as code comment.
"Ideally we should have read PKG_MAX_WIN  from PKG_PWR_SKU register but our discrete GPU
does not provide the correct value, therefore using the default constant value, future discrete GPU
should fix that and  we should read the PKG_MAX_WIN  from  PKG_PWR_SKU "
